FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The New England Patriots claimed second-year defensive tackle Khyri Thornton on waivers from the Packers on Sunday. The 6-foot-3, 315-pound Thornton entered the NFL as a 2014 third-round draft pick of the Packers out of Southern Mississippi (85th overall).
