Mark Leibovich has no plans to stop watching the NFL or his favorite team, the New England Patriots. But the last few years reporting behind the scenes has left him “largely unimpressed” with the people who run the league — not just Roger Goodell, but the 32 NFL owners pulling the strings.
“I don’t think these guys are by-and-large great for the game, or for America, but we’re kind of stuck with them,” Leibovich recently told Boston.com.
