The Patriots don't have anyone left to play offense, but that doesn't matter to the oddsmakers. New England has opened as 13-point favorites over the visiting Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles have lost four of their past five games and have given up 45 points in back-to-back weeks to the Buccaneers and the Lions. Philadelphia has also lost to the Dolphins and Panthers in that time frame, with their sole victory coming against the Dallas Cowboys.
While I think this is a strong line to open, the Patriots seem like they'll come out of the gate extremely focused and looking to put last week's game against the Broncos in the rearview.
