WATCH: Patriots owner Robert Kraft goes sneaker shopping; talks about league policies, Pat Patriot, Ty Law

In 1994, Boston business magnate Robert Kraft bought one of the NFL’s least successful franchises and turned it into a powerhouse. Since Kraft took over, the New England Patriots have established themselves as the gold standard when it comes to stability and success in the league.

While his team changed drastically, the owner did not – at least when it comes to his choice of footwear: Kraft likes to wear sneakers, even when the rest of his outfit is pretty tidy. Kraft’s preferences were the topic of a video posted by pop culture website Complex.

In it, the Patriots’ owner visits Boston footwear store Bodega to talk to Complex’s Joe La Puma about his favorite shoes.
