On Tuesday night at Gillette Stadium, the New England Patriots held their annual Charitable Foundation Kickoff Gala. The event included a panel discussion where Quarterback Tom Brady spoke publicly for the first time since his appearance at Salem State University back in May.
Patriots radio color commentator and former backup Quarterback Scott Zolak handled emcee duties for the discussion. He asked Brady and other players to “name one of the coolest things they did that really allowed them to celebrate as Super Bowl Champs.”
Team owner Robert Kraft also spoke to the audience calling Deflategate the “most overblown story in recent NFL history” and praised the players for “ignoring the noise.
