Over the weekend the New England Patriots released their highly anticipated behind-the-scenes mini documentary featuring Director of Football Research, Ernie Adams.
The Patriots pulled back the curtain, a bit, to reveal some of the work Adams does for the team.
In the piece, Adams discusses his role, his relationship with head coach Bill Belichick, and how his approach has become an integral part of the Patriots success over the past two decades.
“There’s a ton of value in a person that I like to bounce things off of, or he’ll make suggestions and give me ideas of things that we might have overlooked,” Belichick said.
