Tom Brady shares viewpoint on OPI call that negated 70-yard reception

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots running back James White had a 70-yard catch-and-run reception called back in the fourth quarter of Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans because of an offensive pass interference penalty against receiver Keshawn Martin.

But was it really pass interference?

Quarterback Tom Brady doesn't think so, and he shared his viewpoint on the play during his weekly interview on sports radio WEEI on Monday morning.

Martin was running a shallow crossing route across the formation and made contact with defensive end/outside linebacker Brian Orakpo -- who was in a two-point stance at the end of the line of scrimmage and appeared to be playing coverage responsibilities -- one yard past the line of scrimmage.
