The Patriots held on to win they’re ninth game of the season against the Philadelphia Eagles in a game that did not go the way many people expected. Unlike the Super Bowl LII match up between the Eagles and Patriots that ended in a score of 41-33, the rematch did not have nearly as much scoring. This was the first time the two teams have matched up since that Super Bowl and it was still a sore subject for players on the Patriots who were around for that loss in Super Bowl LII. Sunday’s rematch resulted in a final score of 17-10 with the Patriots having to overcome a 10 point lead that they allowed in the first quarter.
