FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's thigh injury is significant enough to sideline him from Wednesday's practice, although it would be a surprise if it affects his availability for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Miami Dolphins.
Brady played through the injury in Saturday's 41-3 win over the New York Jets after he was limited in practice in the days leading up to the game. The Patriots pulled him late in the third quarter while holding a 34-0 lead.
Brady, who seemed to be in good spirits in the locker room earlier Wednesday, is scheduled to hold his weekly news conference Friday.
