While appearing as a guest on a Philadelphia radio show last week, Adam Schefter, ESPN’s veteran NFL reporter, told 97.5 The Fanatic about a dinner between the two stars who both subsequently tested positive for COVID-19.
Schefter said he wasn’t surprised to learn of Gilmore’s positive COVID-19 test after Newton’s, though he declined to offer additional specifics on their dining.
