WEEI is tweaking its afternoon-drive lineup again.

Former Patriots linebacker Ted Johnson is joining the station to co-host “WEEI Afternoons” from 2-6 alongside Andy Hart and Nick “Fitzy” Stevens, who is expanding his role. Christian Arcand, who had been serving as co-host, will now host weeknights 6-10. The changes go into effect Jan. 21.

Johnson, a three-time Super Bowl champion, will also co-host “WEEI Football Sunday” with Arcand, Hart, Meghan Ottolini, Chris Scheim, Tom E. Curran, Stevens, and Jermaine Wiggins during the NFL season.

“I had the good fortune of playing on some incredible teams in my 10-year career, and now, 30 years later, I’m thrilled to announce I’ll be a part of another great team at WEEI,” Johnson said in a press release.
