Four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs and the New England Patriots reached an agreement on a three-year, $69 million deal that includes $26 million guaranteed, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Diggs, 31, is still recovering from a season-ending ACL injury that he suffered in the Houston Texans' Week 8 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Up to that point, Diggs ranked seventh in the NFL in catches (47) and was second on the Texans in receiving yards (496). Quarterback C.J. Stroud had a passer rating of 104 and completed 73% of his passes when targeting Diggs.
