The New England Patriots have released wide receiver Brandon LaFell and tight end Scott Chandler, sources told ESPN.
LaFell spent two years with the team, but he followed up a seven-touchdown season in 2014 with a scoreless 2015.
Chandler joined the Patriots for the 2015 season after spending the previous five years with the Buffalo Bills.
The veteran tight end was tied for third on the Patriots in touchdown receptions with four and had 23 catches on 42 targets.
