If you have questions at the quarterback position, can you ever really have enough quarterbacks?
The truth is – even if you have a franchise quarterback, you can still never have enough on your roster. We saw that with the San Francisco 49ers last season when they started three players (Trey Lance, Jimmy Garoppolo and Brock Purdy) and even played a fourth quarterback (Josh Johnson).
That brings us to the Patriots.
The best-case scenario is that the addition of offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien will result in Mac Jones living up to the potential we all saw during his 2021 rookie season.
