Ball, make records, repeat. At least, that’s what you do when you’re Shaquem Griffin at the NFL scouting combine.
The former UCF linebacker posted a 4.38 40-yard dash during his first run Sunday afternoon — the fastest time in his position group since the league started clocking times in 2003. He clocked a 4.58 during his second run.
Coincidentally, Griffin’s first run was identical to his twin brother, Shaquill Griffin, who ran a 4.38 at the combine last year.
Shaquem Griffin’s impressive sprint came just one day after he sent fans, NFL executives, media members and fellow combine participants abuzz when he hit a personal record 20 reps in the bench press.
