The only agreement on Tom Brady’s mysterious hand injury is that the Patriots quarterback’s ailment could linger into Super Bown LII if the team advances — or it could prove to be a passing scare.
“It could be pretty significant. It’s his dominant hand,” said Philadelphia hand surgeon Pedro Beredjiklian, who warned he’s an Eagles fan. “If it’s a simple skin laceration, he’ll be fine. If he lacerated a tendon in his hand, it’s a big problem.”
If some reports are correct and Brady has a stitched-up cut on his paw, it could leave the hand vulnerable — and not just to the Jaguars defense tomorrow at Gillette.
