No charges will be filed against Seattle Seahawks safety Brandon Browner in connection to an alleged assault in July, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney confirmed.
Police in Pomona, Calif. responded to a call last month involving Browner's girlfriend's father, who said Browner assaulted him and injured his thumb.
According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's report, "The alleged victim is now non-desirous. The suspect has not been located or interviewed. None of the witnesses are cooperative."
Browner, 32, re-signed with the Seahawks earlier this offseason and has participated in the first four days of training camp.
