Jack Westover reverted to the New England Patriots’ practice squad on Monday after serving as a standard elevation at State Farm Stadium.
The 30-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals marked the second appearance of the campaign for the rookie tight end.
Westover, 25, saw eight snaps on special teams on Sunday for an active depth chart also featuring Hunter Henry, Austin Hooper and fellow rookie Jaheim Bell. He previously served as a standard call-up in November versus the Miami Dolphins. The NFL debut brought a single snap on offense and 13 snaps in the kicking game prior to reverting.
