FOXBORO -- Bouncers are usually nice until the patrons become unruly.
Maybe that’s why Pats tight end Rob Gronkowski spoke respectfully of Jaguars safety Sergio Brown today. Remember, Gronk threw Brown “out the club” last season when the Pats bashed the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, and Brown responded by bashing Gronk on Twitter the following day before deleting his tirade.
“Emotions were flying high that day, but I’ve got nothing but respect for Sergio,” Gronkowski said. “He’s a great player.”
The pair have a well-documented history together. They were both rookies with the Patriots in 2010 and remained teammates until the Pats cut Brown in August 2012.
