One rival NFL executive reportedly said the New England Patriots will be “aggressively pursuing” Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley in free agency, according to ESPN’s Mike Reiss.
Stanley, a two-time Pro Bowler, has played in 104 total games throughout his career and started in all of them. He allowed only two sacks in 575 pass-blocking snaps in the Ravens offense.
The Patriots have a massive void at left tackle, and they could use a talented veteran player like Stanley to fill that spot. It was a revolving door of players working in and ultimately failing to stabilize the left tackle position last season.
