The New England Patriots reportedly signed exclusive rights free-agent offensive tackle Demontrey Jacobs and center Ben Brown to one-year deals, according to Mass Live’s Mark Daniels.
For Brown, the deal carries a $1.3 million base salary, while Jacobs' deal is worth $960,000.
Jacobs was released by the Denver Broncos and claimed by the Patriots last season. He played a major role on the offensive line unit with 15 starts for the team.
Brown also played a major role on the unit when David Andrews went down with a season-ending injury. He flashed some real promise early in the season for the team.
