Former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick and the North Carolina Tar Heels will not appear on HBO’s "Hard Knocks."
Both UNC and HBO were close to a deal last week. However, disagreements about creative control served as the reason why the discussions fell apart, according to CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones on Tuesday.
There have been no selections for the newest season of "Hard Knocks." NFL teams have soured on the idea of doing an offseason edition of the show, following the 2024 season featuring the New York Giants.
