Cornerback Raymond Clayborn, offensive tackle Leon Gray and defensive end/outside linebacker Willie McGinest are this year's finalists for the Patriots Hall of Fame, the team announced Thursday.

One inductee will be selected via a month-long fan vote on the team's official website, Patriots.
