The Patriots are losing a key member of their coaching staff and a key piece in their front office.
According to ESPN, the Las Vegas Raiders are in the process of hiring Josh McDaniels as their head coach after annoucing the hiring of Dave Ziegler as their general manager. McDaniels, 45, started his career in New England and had two different stints as the Patriots’ offensive coordinator (2005-2008 and 2012-2021). Ziegler, 44, has been with the Patriots for the past nine seasons. He replaced Nick Caserio as the team’s director of player personnel last season.
