The New England Patriots hosted five free agents for workouts on Thursday, including quarterback Jordan Ta’amu, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN.
Ta’amu, 23, went undrafted out of Ole Miss in 2019. After transferring from New Mexico Military Institute, Ta’amu completed 381-of-591 passes up through his senior season in the SEC. His tenure with the Rebels included 5,600 yards, 30 touchdowns and 12 interceptions through the air to go with 507 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground.
