After playing two games in five days, and winning both of those games, Bill Belichick rewarded the players by giving them three days off.
Before heading out to practice today, the players were asked about their time off, and if it was nice that Belichick went easy on them the past few days. He had to be pleased with their efforts.
“It’s hard to make that guy happy. I guess he was a little happy,” safety Duron Harmon said. “He showed some love. We’re appreciative of that.”
Cornerback Malcolm Butler agreed.
“He had to have been (pleased).
