Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie saw his team earn its second Super Bowl title on Sunday when it defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in a 40-22 victory.
Lurie, who is from Massachusetts, has owned the team since 1994 and seen it fall short of the feat twice before — once against his hometown New England Patriots in 2004 and once against the Chiefs just two years ago.
With last night's victory and a 2017 win over the Patriots, Lurie's two championships as owner are now both marked by successful redemption tours on football's biggest stage.
