The New England Patriots dominated the Los Angeles Chargers in the divisional round, much to the surprise of both Rich and Alec. And probably everyone else, if we’re being honest.
Who expected the Patriots to run out to a 35-7 lead at halftime? Who could have predicted that the New England defense would do such a great job against the potent Chargers offense? Not us.
But, again, who could have predicted that the Patriots offense would rely heavily of Julian Edelman and James White? Literally everyone. And if you didn’t think that would happen, you haven’t been paying attention.
