Tuesday marks the one-year anniversary of the Patriots-49ers trade for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, and after an offseason in which San Francisco was a popular pick as a rising team and many were forecasting the end of the Patriots’ run of success surrounding questions of relations between Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, little has actually changed.
