Following the New England Patriots blowout 36-7 win over the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night, the team was right back to work on Friday as they invited tight ends Steve Maneri and Bear Pascoe into Foxboro for workouts according to a report by NESN’s Doug Kyed.
Maneri, going undrafted out of Temple University in 2010, was first signed by the Houston Texans as an offensive tackle but was waived during final cuts before the 2010 season opened up. He was claimed off waivers by the Patriots a day later but never saw any action in three games. Maneri bounced around to the Chiefs, Bears, Buccaneers, Patriots a second time over the next 5 seasons.
