The New England Patriots are on to celebrating their record-tying sixth Vince Lombardi Trophy after defeating the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in a slugfest. New England’s offense struggled with self-inflicted for most of the night but finally got going in the fourth quarter. One player that was performing at his peak all night long, though: Julian Edelman.
The 32-year old, coming back from an ACL tear and four game suspension to open the season, delivered a game for the ages. Overall, Edelman finished with 10 catches for 141 yards — more than half of quarterback Tom Brady’s pass completions (21) and yards (262).
