Injuries have ravaged the New England Patriots since the start of the season. Just in this week alone, the Patriots announced second-year cornerback Marcus Jones was being placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
However, the team got some good news on Friday with left tackle Trent Brown not appearing on the Week 3 injury report ahead of Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.
Brown’s return to the lineup would help fortify Mac Jones’ blindside against a powerful Jets defensive front.
No player for the Patriots was ruled out for the Jets game, but there were five listed as questionable for the divisional matchup.
