The New England Patriots had some encouraging news on the injury front on Thursday with safety Kyle Dugger being upgraded as a limited participant after missing Wednesday's practice.
However, the bad news was defensive tackle Christian Barmore being placed on the reserve non-football illness list due to recurring symptoms of his original blood clot diagnosis that kept him out for most of the season.
The injuries are piling up for the Patriots, and it isn't just on the defensive side of the ball.
On offense, guard Cole Strange was a limited participant in practice with a knee injury, while rookie tackle Caedan Wallace was limited with an ankle injury.
