The New England Patriots have finalized their initial 53-man roster for the 2024 NFL season. In order to get below the NFL-mandated limit, they were quite busy over the last few days: since the preseason finale in Washington on Sunday, the team cut 30 players and moved seven others to various injury lists.
As a result of all those moves, the Patriots were left with their first official roster of the season. The 53-man group that made the cut was not set in stone, though: waiver wire pickups shook things up less than 24 hours later.
