Last September, the New England Patriots have acquired underachieving former second-round draft pick Jonathan Bostic in a trade with the Chicago Bears. New England sent a 2016 sixth round selection west to get the linebacker on the team.
However, after only eight months in Foxboro, Bostic has now been traded again: according to a Patriots press release, the team has traded him to the Detroit Lions. Via Field Yates, the team will receive a conditional 2017 seventh round draft selection in return:
