With the early flurry of free-agent signings over, ESPN has produced its latest power rankings and the New England Patriots top the charts. The team had been No. 2 in the prior rankings after the Super Bowl.

The Patriots' work isn't done, with needs to be addressed at power running back, defensive tackle, offensive tackle and cornerback.
