The New England Patriots are saying goodbye to another franchise cornerstone. David Andrews, who has been with the team since 2015, will be released by the team on Thursday.

Andrews, 32, originally arrived in New England as a rookie free agent out of Georgia. Despite his lack of draft pedigree, he earned starting reps in his first season and by Year 2 took over full-time as the Patriots’ center. He never looked back
Over the course of his 10 years with the organization, Andrews was able to amass 136 in-game appearances, including 131 starts, and helped the Patriots win a pair of Super Bowls.
