On Monday morning, Bill Belichick lauded Hunter Henry for being physically stronger this season.
There’s a good reason for that: Henry isn’t hurt.
On a Zoom call Monday afternoon, the tight end revealed that throughout the 2021 season he was battling a shoulder injury severe enough to warrant a procedure in the winter.
“I feel good. It’s something people might not know, but I kinda played through a shoulder injury all last year and then had surgery after the season actually,” Henry said. “So a healthy shoulder feels good. Just trying to work through that this offseason too, work through that through training camp, get comfortable with it.
