Former New England Patriots and current Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady announced his retirement from the game of football “for good” on Wednesday.
Brady will go down as the best quarterback in Patriots’ history. He won six super Bowls with the team, and added an MVP award to his resume in 2007, among a long list of accolades.
Brady left the organization for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March 2020. He brought success to that organization as well, winning a Super Bowl title in 2021. He retired third on the team’s all-time passing list (14,643), as well as second in franchise history with 108 touchdown passes.
