Patriots Sign Two Unrestricted Free Agents

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Patriots announced today that they have signed linebacker K'Lavon Chaisson (pronounced – KAY-luv-von CHASE-on) as an unrestricted free agent from Las Vegas and OL Wes Schweitzer (pronounced – SHY-tzer) as an unrestricted free agent from the New York Jets. Terms of the contracts were not announced.

Chaisson, 25, is a veteran of five NFL seasons with Jacksonville (2020-23) and Las Vegas (2024). The 6-foot-3, 255-pounder, originally entered the NFL as a first-round draft pick (20th overall) by Jacksonville in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Louisiana State.
