One day after the Buccaneers made a deal to acquire retired tight end Rob Gronkowski, it appears that another Patriots player could be next up on the trading block.
According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins are apparently showing interest in Patriots offensive lineman Joe Thuney and may be interested in making a deal with New England to bring him to Miami.
The potential deal makes sense as the hope seemed to be that the two sides could work out a long-term extension for him after the Patriots placed the franchise tag on him last month.
