Recent New England Patriots rumors came to fruition. Early Monday there were reports that the Patriots would be acquiring wide receiver Josh Gordon from the Cleveland Browns. Those reports ended up being true, as the offense adds an explosive receiver to the mix.
Gordon has had his transgressions off the field. He has been suspended numerous times, as he has played in only 11 games since his breakout 2013 season. In that season, Gordon led the NFL with 1,646 yards on 87 receptions in 14 games, catching passes from Jason Campbell, Brandon Weeden and Brian Hoyer.
