It’s far, far, far too early to make any sweeping proclamations about the New England Patriots’ 2020 rookie class.
But with a quarter of the season complete, it’s not too early to identify a few first-year Patriots who are standing out — and a few others who have yet to make a noticeable impact.

1. OL Mike Onwenu (sixth round)
The Patriots appear to have found a late-round gem in Onwenu, who’s been nothing short of sensational thus far. The surprisingly versatile Michigan product has started games at left guard (Week 3) and right guard (Week 4) while also seeing substantial playing time at right tackle and as a jumbo tight end.
