The New England Patriots hosted four free agents for workouts on Tuesday, including former Pittsburgh Steelers draft pick Derwin Gray, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN
Gray, 26, entered the NFL in the seventh round of the 2019 draft at No. 219 overall. The offensive tackle by way of Maryland appeared in five games for Pittsburgh last season. He would be claimed off waivers by the Jacksonville Jaguars in December and began September on the Tennessee Titans’ practice squad.
Running back Nathan Contrell, guard Jordan Meredith and defensive back Linden Stephens also reportedly visited Gillette Stadium.
