Former Cincinnati Bengals guard Alex Redmond worked out for the New England Patriots on Thursday, a source told NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero.
Redmond, 26, entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2016. The UCLA product has played in 32 games since then for Cincinnati, starting 24 over the past three regular seasons at right guard.
Following a performance-enhancing drug suspension and a torn biceps in 2019, Redmond re-signed with the Bengals last April. He was later released at the 53-man roster deadline after spending training camp on the non-football injury list.
