While the New England Patriots were away from the practice fields, free agents stopped in.
The organization worked out edge defenders Kobe Jones, Christian McCarroll and Maximilian Roberts on Tuesday, as reported by the Boston Herald’s Doug Kyed, KPRC 2’s Aaron Wilson and MLFootball.
Jones, 26, originally signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2021. The 6-foot-3, 255-pound Mississippi State product would go on to spend time with the Miami Dolphins, Tennessee Titans, Green Bay Packers and Carolina Panthers.
