The New England Patriots hunt for San Fransisco 49ers’ wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk rolls on.
According to NBC Sports Bay Area’s Matt Maiocco, the Patriots have the framework of an Aiyuk trade completed with the 49ers.
The deal now resides on Aiyuk, who was granted permission to reportedly negotiate new deals with the Browns, Patriots, Commanders and Steelers, to decide if he’ll accept either contract offer. According to Maiocco, the Commanders removed themselves from trade talks while the Steelers declined to meet the 49ers’ trade demands.
In addition to New England, Maiocco reports the Cleveland Browns also have the framework of an Aiyuk trade in place.
