There goes another tight end.
The New England Patriots continue to turn over their tight end depth chart. After Tim Wright a week ago and rookie Logan Stokes yesterday, the team has decided to release another player at the position. Veteran Fred Davis has been released today:

The 29-year old Davis was signed by the Patriots on May 11 after having spent the first seven years of his career with the Washington Redskins.
