FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Here’s one from the "miscellaneous statistics" file.
After throwing a first-quarter interception Sunday, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was credited with the tackle on linebacker Keenan Robinson's 44-yard return.
Brady now has 11 tackles in his 16-year career.
“It was a pretty bad play. I just didn’t see the guy,” Brady said during his weekly appearance on sports radio WEEI. “When I threw it, I just caught a glimpse of his jersey and started taking off. He kind of had a convoy there, so I was trying to just wait as long as I could before I could flop and see if he’d trip over me, which fortunately he did.
