The New England Patriots have dealt with plenty of issues along their offensive line this year from players leaving the team to season-ending injuries and everything in between.
New England is hoping to get two young offensive linemen back soon, as Cole Strange has already been activated from PUP while Caedan Wallace is still awaiting his opportunity. With Wallace not being activated on Saturday, he will be unable to play against the Buffalo Bills, and the team has until Dec. 30 to activate him or lose him for the last week.
Speaking with the media this week, Patriots offensive line coach Scott Peters gave some insight into the plan for both Strange and Wallace, stating that the 2022 first-round pick has been strictly working at center since returning to practice, and the 2024 third-round selection is focusing on right tackle.
